I cannot believe that it has been almost 3 months since my last update   I was always so with it and on the ball with this journal!  What happened?  I will say that although I haven't been updating my journal, I have been keeping up with the politico talk on another message board.  I've met some awesome people and I've made a few enemies

So I figure that I'll post that last political thing I wrote and please the 0 people who actually read this bloggo

It's 6am and I'm in deep thought

I really credit Barack's mother for instilling in him all of his wonderful qualities; he's a good man who is humble, polite, smart, calm, commanding and very courteous. I think one of his greatest attributes is the fact that he is so endearing and can talk to anyone, and it's not so much that he can talk to them, it's that he is so willing to talk to them. There are few people who are willing to talk to just about anyone, let alone someone who may dislike you or even hate you. It takes a strong person, both in mind and spirit, to actually stand and talk to someone who is judging your every move, your every breath, your every word and seething with such animosity, or God forbid, malice, just because they believe a falsity about you. I find that highly commendable and I know I could never do that; the intimidation alone would eat at my stomach lining

In everything I've learned, in everything I've witnessed, I get a great feeling that Obama really understands the whole walking in someone else's shoes, never judging a book by its cover and giving people the benefit of the doubt. I also think he understands how to actually listen to someone, to actually stop and give his full attention to someone and give a great effort to understand everything the person is saying, no matter how big or small, simple or complex. In my opinion, we need more people who think like that, and I firmly believe a great way to evolve the minds of citizens, both in America and the World, is by having Barack Obama as our President. He has a very charming charisma about him that has inspired so many people that I have faith that as President, with that charisma, he will win over a few minds and opinions that may have doubted him before. Plus I consider him to be a fantastic role model for the generations that will soon make up our future

I think the saddest thing about that video is in knowing that his mother won't witness him become President. I'm a firm believer that she is looking down from heaven and smiling, but it is sad that she won't be there in person to witness her son become the Leader of the Free World and become America's first black President.

So since I wrote that almost an hour and a half ago, I've been putzing around online, saving LOLcat pictures to send to my cousin.  SHE'S NEVER HEARD OF LOLCATS!    And now I am making it my mission to find the most hilarious ones I can find and save'em and send'em.
